Patrick is a Senior Business Analyst with a background predominantly in the finance sector. A certified accountant by qualification, he moved into project delivery, conducting data analysis, data migration and reconciliation, specialising in data warehouse installations and banking and treasury modelling.
Patrick’s move from an accounting environment to the IT project delivery world was borne from a craving for the constant change and challenge that comes from the ever-changing technical world that we live in. A need for new challenges every day was a far move from the cyclical and repetitive nature of financial accounting.
Patrick understands data and often sees the flaws in data sets where others are found wanting. Due to his understanding of accounting issues, he brings a skill to projects which is often missing from the technical expertise usually associated with project delivery.

Jon is a Senior Business Analyst and a highly driven and motivated individual. As a senior consultant and director of the business he is constantly interacting with various levels of stakeholders from administrative end users right through to regional directors.
He has worked on several strategic programmes and projects from an SME perspective and has moved sideways into the role of Business Analyst.
Jon has worked in many different business domains, utilising his analytical skills for clients within financial services, retail, supply chain, insurance and even mining. He is an avid believer of the benefit of conducting thorough analysis and has honed his skills in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
In 2018 he completed the BCS Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis and was the first individual in the Channel Islands to receive the accreditation.

Tim is a transformation consultant with a proven track record in the delivery of technological change programmes. In the ever-changing world of IT, he has mastered his trade delivering change projects for over two decades.
Despite his experience in senior management at global organisations, Tim maintains his passion for the pure technical aspects of his specialisation and is as happy rolling his sleeves up as an engineer as he is running programmes and implementing process change.
He actively enjoys learning new skills and acquiring knowledge, reflected in his recent certifications as a AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect and for good measure, Professional Scrum Master.
Tim marries his technical skills with his strong ITIL & PRINCE2 certified experience to provide a well-rounded and informed view of the Technology change world, providing a wide range of options and approaches to his clients.

Matt is a technically-minded BA who is able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, and has spent time on the business and delivery sides of projects. He is passionate about process optimisation projects but is equally content tackling regulatory and compliance projects.

He is a chartered accountant and qualified in HR and cyber security risk management. During his career, Bruce has worked with senior leadership and clients throughout the entire lifecycle of change, from shaping solutions and securing stakeholder engagement through to project management and operational delivery of the desired outcome.

In 2017 Kristina completed the MBA Programme (Master of Business Administration) through the University of Southampton, providing her with the tools to analyse business functions and deliver change.
