Graduate Business Analyst

You will be mentored, coached and professionally trained on your journey to becoming a Consultant, with your initial responsibilities as follows:

Works with colleagues and other stakeholders to:

  • investigate and model business functions, business processes, information flows and data structures

  • investigate operational issues, problems and new opportunities, contributing to business process and IT system improvements.

  • Produces business analysis deliverable’s using relevant documentation styles in line with organisational standards and using appropriate tools.

  • Takes part in meetings with stakeholders and assists in presenting issues and solutions both verbally and in writing.

  • Assists colleagues and other stakeholders to define user acceptance tests for new or improved business processes and IT systems.

  • Assists in defining and justifying (in business terms) holistic solutions that address organisational, people, process, information and technology aspects.

 

 

Senior Project Manager

 
 

Enjoy taking full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects? Are you capable of monitoring and controlling resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget, managing expectations of all project stakeholders.

Our Senior Project Management Consultants:

  • Take responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, directing and counselling project team members, and advising clients/users as necessary on all phases.

  • Ensure realistic project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained for projects and sub-projects.

  • Monitor and control team performance against plans. Maintains effective financial and project progress forecasting, and reports as appropriate.

  • Monitor and control allocated human and material resources, associated revenue costs and all capital costs against the project budget.

  • Lead one or more project teams; allocating and monitoring tasks, motivating staff and appraising individual performance.

  • Liaise with other managers within the IT functions and within the business; manages expectations of all project stakeholders.

  • Evaluates and makes recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate, actively contributing to organisation's technical strategies.
